Exquisite Care Exclusively Designed for You
Elancé at Pasadena focuses on independence and resident involvement. All residents, whether they need very little assistance or a special living environment due to memory impairment, are encouraged to take an active part in activities and their daily care. Residents at Elancé at Pasadena receive the care they need and have the freedom to make daily choices.
A sense of freedom begins even before moving into Elancé at Pasadena. There are no exorbitant entrance fees for joining our community. Our monthly rent includes all amenities as well as three chef-prepared meals per day. Residents have a choice of studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartments.
Levels of care can be adjusted to provide more or less support depending on your needs at any given time. Our team collaborates with your physicians to provide care. We can also discuss available physicians if you're new to the area or looking for more in-home care options instead of having to leave home.
Independent Living
This program is designed for residents who require no nursing services and is based on a recent History and Physical plus a nursing assessment done at the time of admission. Independent residents have a choice of three apartment sizes - studio, one bedroom, two bedrooms, and three bedrooms. Independent Living apartment rental fees include:
- Weekly housekeeping
- All utilities
- Life enrichment program
- Scheduled transportation
- Convenience of an on-site salon
- Convenience of on-site therapy
Assisted Living
Elancé at Pasadena determines each resident's Care Level based on their own Physician's History and Physical report, our free Nursing Assessment, and the state of Florida Uniform Assessment Instrument (1823). You can call or visit our Community for more details and to get an estimate of which level of care you or your loved one may need. Based on an assessment of your needs, we help you choose a level of care designed just for you:
- Level A - Introductory Level of Assistance
- Level I - Minimum Assistance
- Level II - Moderate Assistance
- Level III - Extended Assistance
- Level IV - Highest Level of Assistance
Inspiritás - Memory Care
Inspiritás - Memory Care, devoted to residents with impaired memory, is a unique holistic program designed to celebrate life with residents while maintaining their safety and comfort. Our Inspiritás - Memory Care “neighborhood” is secured for resident safety yet still offers beautifully designed life havens, interactive art, as well as private garden and courtyard areas. Our goal is to ensure each resident receives compassionate care to meet their emotional, social, physical, spiritual, and cognitive needs. Above all, we provide our residents with smiles, personalized attention, encouragement, and family members with peace of mind.
Inspiritás - Memory Care is offered at an all-inclusive rate.

Our pets are our best friends, and we often consider them a member of the family. We understand the importance of bringing these extended family members with us when transitioning into a senior living community. Not only are all Retirement Unlimited, Inc. communities pet-friendly, but we also offer services to help care for your furry and feathery family members.
Pet Concierge services include walking, bathing, feeding, and cleanup. After all, they need a home too.
