Lifelong learning supports intellectual and social wellness. This is why we created RUI University to provide free lifelong learning classes to our residents and the surrounding community. The heart of RUI University is purposeful living.

Our residents value scholarship, and RUI University allows them to challenge themselves by learning something new each day. We partner with colleges, universities, and museums, and our RUI University Fellows share their expert knowledge. We have something for every interest at RUI University. Our courses range from history to music to technology to culinary to wine classes, and we are always expanding our reach to bring new and exciting classes!

RUI Gives Back

#RUIGivesBack: Elancé at Sarasota is dedicated to consistently giving back to the communities where our residents and team members reside. Our #RUIGivesBack initiative was inspired by the passion many of our residents already had for community involvement. Recognizing this enthusiasm, we seamlessly integrated the initiative into our core programming. Each month, at least one day is devoted to community service. Through #RUIGivesBack, we partner with esteemed local organizations and non-profits to enhance the lives, culture, and resources of people in our area and beyond.
