Residents receive a Life Enrichment calendar monthly, detailing a curated selection of events available online for convenience. Additionally, bespoke one-on-one activities are crafted to align with individual interests and abilities, ensuring every resident enjoys a life of luxury and enrichment. Participate in our community's Shabbat services through our life enrichment program. Join us for candle lighting, Kiddush, traditional prayers, and a warm sense of community.
Life Enrichment calendars are distributed to residents on a monthly basis and are available online. We also organize one-on-one customized activities. All residents are encouraged to participate in life enrichment based on their individual interests and abilities. The Heart of RUI University Is Purposeful Living
Lifelong learning supports intellectual and social wellness. This is why we created RUI University to provide free lifelong learning classes to our residents and the surrounding community. The heart of RUI University is purposeful living.
Our residents value scholarship, and RUI University allows them to challenge themselves by learning something new each day. We partner with colleges, universities, and museums, and our RUI University Fellows share their expert knowledge. We have something for every interest at RUI University. Our courses range from history to music to technology to culinary to wine classes, and we are always expanding our reach to bring new and exciting classes!

WOW Moment Highlight
Meet our resident, Mr. Zion! Originally from Israel, Mr. Zion served as an IDF tank operator during the 1950 war. After moving to Tel Aviv, home to the prestigious Tel Aviv Museum of Art, he discovered a passion for painting, which he shares with his beloved wife. Today, Mr. Zion resides at Elance in Boynton Beach, Florida, where he proudly displays some of his cherished artworks. He dreams of visiting the Tel Aviv Museum of Art one day and hopes to see his own paintings exhibited there. Mr. Zion is thrilled to share his artwork with Jaqueline, curator at Florida International University's Jewish Museum of Florida, which features works by his favorite artist, Mark Podwal, and a rich tapestry of Israeli history.
